How do I redeem my points?
Go to the Rewards page, choose the reward you want (e.g., 20% OFF, 25% OFF, a free item, or store cash you can use like money at checkout), and click "Redeem". You'll get a code to apply at checkout.
Do my points expire?
No worries. Your points never expire.
Can I use more than one discount code at a time?
Only one discount code per order. But store cash is different — it works like real money, so you can use it with any other discount or offer.
How can I check my points balance?
Log into your account and visit the Rewards page. Your current balance is shown at the top.
How long does it take to get referral points?
Referral points are added to your account as soon as your friend completes their first purchase.
